Абстракт


Проведено ассоциативное исследование полиморфных вариантов генов цитокинов интерлейкина-8 IL8 ( rs4073 ) и интерлейкина-10 IL10 ( rs1800872 ) у больных раком желудка и здоровых доноров из РБ. Выявлены ассоциации полиморфного варианта rs1800872 гена IL10 с риском развития РЖ в этнических группах русских и татар.

Abstract


An associative study of cytokine gene polymorphisms of interleukin-8 IL8 (rs4073) and interleukin-10 IL10 (rs1800872) in gastric cancer patients and healthy donors from the Bashkortostan Republic. There were been found associations of a polymorphic variant rs1800872 of IL10 gene with the risk of gastric cancer in Russians and Tatars.
