Abstract


The article describes the psychological understanding of the phenomenon of context and the essence of the contextual approach, formed in the scientific school of A. A. Verbitsky. The article considers the modern views on the organization as a system of contexts. Demonstrated the possibility of applying contextual analysis and matrix contexts for the reconstruction of the subjective picture of the management situation and the possibility on this basis, improving the quality of managerial decisions and business communication in the field of personnel management.
