Abstract

The article is devoted to little-known category of law and political science. Legal paradigms in practice have always existed as samples and / or models, but they have not been enough comprehended theoretically. The main purpose of paradigms has been lost, they have not been updated and they have lost their ideological quality. Moreover, there was a mixture of paradigms with proverbs and sayings. The author insists on the need to update paradigms, on the naturalness of the process as a progressive one.
