Abstract

According to the results of investigations of peculiarities of the manifestation of the phenomena of burnout and interest in profession among teachers found that in mixed-age samples of the high level of interest in profession opposes the development of professional burnout; the differences are determined by the adaptation strategies in the young sample and styloctenium in age.
