Abstract

The article investigates the problem of de facto acceptance of the inheritance. To purchase an inheritance the heir must accept it. Actions heir aimed at the adoption of the inheritance may be legal and actual. A very interesting legal practice with regard to the actual acceptance of the inheritance.
