Abstract


To study the approach of obtaining the antibacterial film coating with sustained release of the drug, devoid of the problems arising from the use of individual antibiotics were provided the data of the kinetics of release medicinal substances from the films in aqueous environment at 37°C, were studied by UV-spectrophotometry of aqueous solutions in the area of maximum absorption of the LP, as well as the number of LV released from films at time t, estimated from the calibration curve.
