Abstract
The results of studies of the spatial and temporal variability of the water resources of the Ural River basin within the Republic of Bashkortostan are presented. Reflected the characteristics of changes in stream runoff in the long-term section with the release of high-water and low-water phases. It has been established that the decrease in stream runoff in recent years is associated with cyclical fluctuations of hydrometeorological conditions in river basins, as well as the effects of climate change. The main trends of changes in annual, maximum and minimum runoff are revealed depending on the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors.
