“Virtual communication” has long become a common phrase in our society, almost everyone uses the Internet as the main form of communication. Especially when it comes to teenagers, the leading activity, which is the process of communication. It is virtual communication that makes it easy to realize the acute need of a teenager in interpersonal communication. Unfortunately, virtual communication can be not only a means of communication and stress management, but also a source of its occurrence. In particular, one of the widespread negative phenomena in social media is the purposeful, verbally aggressive behavior of some users, called “trolling”.
