Abstract

Urbanization processes in the Republic of Bashkortostan consist in the reduction of the network of urban-type settlements after 2004 as a result of changes in the administrative-territorial structure, in the preservation of the cores of urbanization in the form of cities and workers’ settlements, in the formation of problems with the socio-economic side of urban development.
