Abstract

The article analyzes the grammatical means of the modern English language, which contribute to the implementation of the self-presentation strategy. The speech of former British Prime Minister Liz Truss served as an example. It has been established that the addresser implements the self-presentation strategy using singular and plural personal pronouns, verbs in the future tense and semi-composite sentences.
