Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of actualization of the semiotic space in literary texts. It is noted that ‘the text within the text’ often serves as a mechanist more such actualization. An attempt to determine the necessity of thorough analysis of intertextual elements conveying important shades of meanings in order to create adequate translations is undertaken.
