To improve the quality of life in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to develop and implement educational programs on managerial literacy in order to teach citizens how to manage and use this skill for its further dissemination among the population. In this article, the authors will try to cover the question of the proletariat from an unusual, unusual side - from the side of practical psychology. In the long run, if the majority of society is managerial literate and clearly sees all the control schemes, then it will be very difficult, almost impossible, to deceive, pit and manipulate people en masse.
