Abstract

In article the author researches the legal nature of services in the sphere of transplantation of bodies and tissues of the person. Transplantation is determined as a kind of the medical care including rendering medical services and accomplishment of the medical works directed to recovery of health of the recipient by change to it bodies or tissues of the donor. Is proved by the author that transplantation is a kind of high-technology medical care and there is a feature of its legal regulation.
