Abstract

Forensic characteristics of malfeasances with the content of its basic elements allows identifying, detecting and investigating malfeasances in their systematic vision of the system, where some elements may indicate the need and ways to obtain other elements and evidence. This allows creating a specific investigation algorithm, taking into account the openness of the system to be used in various investigative situations.
