Abstract

To optimize the development of the person of the future teacher of initial classes in the university offered organizational and pedagogical conditions and instructional techniques, shows their realization on the basis of the scientific concept of formation of pedagogical management needs professional-pedagogical self-improvement, identified criteria for its evaluation.
