Abstract
The degree of comfort climatic conditions, of Ural, Mountain and TRANS-Ural regions of the Republic of Bashkortostan is defined by wind-cold index. The CIS-Ural region is the most comfortable area for living of the population, and Zauralie is the least comfortable.
