Linguistic and cultural approaches to the study of languages occupy a worthy place among scientific and linguistic paradigms and play an important role in the linguistic method. The article is devoted to the linguistic and cultural aspect of the analysis of the literary text. The literary text has a powerful linguodidactic potential: the semantic perception of the means of its linguistic expression, its national specificity, semantics and symbolism give students new knowledge, help students learn the language in a new linguistic space, and the Russian reader gets the opportunity to join another culture, culture of another people.
