Abstract


The article analyzes the concept of “entertaining” functions of the media, taking into account the artistic and intellectual level of “gloss”, the direction of the materials of the printed edition and full compliance with its standards of glossy printing. The relevance of the topic is that women’s glossy magazine is an essential attribute of modern mass culture, successfully implementing various functions that regulate the intellectual, emotional, physical life of a person, form the taste, develop imagination, intellectual and creative abilities.
