Abstract

Dynamics and interregional differentiation of own incomes are investigated on the basis of a number of indicators: Gini coefficient, decile coefficient, fund coefficient and others. The analysis of the indicators made it possible to conclude that the Russian Federation is characterized by a high degree of differentiation, which changes insignificantly in dynamics (both in the direction of decreasing and increasing), which allows us to conclude that the instruments used by the state for regulating territorial development are ineffective.
