Abstract

Legal texts have several leading categories that represent their general and essential parameters. These categories include the the category of intertextuality. It is defined that in the legal texts of join-stock company charters the category of intertextuality is updated by a certain set of linguistic and non-linguistic means, and the intertext has significant differences compared to fiction and scientific texts.
