Abstract

The synthesis of N-ethylpiperazinylamideglycyrrhetonic acid was carried out. A study of cytotoxicity has shown that N-ethyl- and N-methylpiperazinylamides of betulinic and glycyrrhetic acids have activity against cancer cells, but N-methylpiperazinylamides inhibit tumor cell viability more efficiently.
