Abstract

An analysis of the impact of asphalt production on the atmosphere, the search for available technologies to reduce the negative impact on the environment and improve product quality, as well as the calculation of payback from implementation were carried out. When conducting a comparative classification analysis of projects, it was determined that the DS-185 asphalt mixing plant met the set criteria to a greater extent: it reduces the emissions into the atmosphere to a minimum and increases productivity to 80 t/h. Economic calculation has shown that the payback period for the implementation of the installation will be 5 years.
