Abstract

The subject of this study is the relationship between the level of cognitive complexity and indicators of students’ academic competence. We suggested the presence of positive statically significant links between the level of cognitive complexity and indicators of student learning activity. To assess cognitive complexity, the role category questionnaire (RCQ) of W. Crockett was used. As a result of non-parametric correlation analysis, a significant relationship was found between the degree of assistance to the team and the level of cognitive difficulty according to the RCQ questionnaire.
