Abstract
The results of the application of the phytocomplex of the original composition in the treatment of 56 patients with chronic cholecystitis with an average age of 47 ± 3.4 years are presented. It was revealed that against the background of phytotherapy (the main group), the activity of key enzymes of the hepatobiliary system - alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamyl transferase, significantly decreases compared with the control group without phytotherapy. At the same time, a more pronounced dynamics of clinical symptoms of the disease was noted with a decrease in their severity and with an improvement in the motor function of the gallbladder when using the phytocomplex, in contrast to patients in the control group.
