Abstract
The article presents interpretations of the concept of “business career”. The necessity of personnel career management is considered. The author of the article characterizes modern technologies, such as career coaching and career tutoring, which have been gaining popularity in recent years. The possibilities of digital technologies in the business career management system are presented. The article offers an example of step-by-step use of a digital career portal in the personnel career management system.
