Abstract
In the telecommunications industry, human resource management is one of the important areas of activity that should be well planned. Human resource management is related to the human factor within an organization. This means controlling the factors that affect performance within the organization. Productivity means more profit by achieving maximum work efficiency, which should contribute to achieving the goals of the organization and achieving the competitive advantages that organizations strive for. This, in turn, is reflected in the receipt of more and more income for the organization and leads to an increase in profits.
