Abstract

Investigation of the structure of the concept “holiday” and the lexical meaning of the keyword of this concept leads to the conclusion that this concept is presented as part of the conceptual continuum, combining the concept of celebration, joy, a tableful and a few others. Analysis of the use of the keyword “holiday” demonstrating ways to enhance its value in the individual use, and the breadth of associative links.
