Abstract

Modern technologies dictate the direction of development of industries, agriculture, and services. Technology is an important part of the tourism and hospitality industry, helping businesses in their daily operations, as well as improving the quality of customer service. For this reason, it is very important that hotels, airlines, restaurants and other companies keep up with the latest technological trends in the tourism industry. This is especially important in an era when customer expectations are changing.
